Business aircraft, bought and sold on the record.

Walls Aircraft represents owners selling a business aircraft and buyers looking for one. Every price we suggest and every aircraft we recommend starts with the logbooks, the maintenance tracking and the current market.

Two sides of the same deal.

Most of what protects a seller also protects a buyer: accurate times, clean records and no surprises at the pre-purchase inspection.

Records before opinions

We go through tracking reports, engine program status and damage history first, so problems come out early and pricing reflects what is actually in the logbooks.

Unlisted aircraft

Some owners prefer to sell quietly. If the right aircraft is not on a listing site, ask us what we are hearing about.

Data-driven decisions.
Experience-driven execution.

How a sale comes together.

The path we run for every seller. When we buy for you, the same steps run in the other direction.

  1. Valuation

We compare your aircraft with current listings and recent sales of the same model, adjusted for times, engine programs, avionics and damage history, then agree an asking price and terms with you.

  2. Records review and technical brief

We read the logbooks and tracking reports and write a brief and spec sheet that answer a buyer's first questions before they ask.

  3. Photography and listing

Professional photos, a full listing on this site and on industry marketplaces, and direct calls to buyers and brokers.

  4. Inquiries and viewings

We answer every inquiry, check that buyers are qualified and arrange viewings and demonstration flights.

  5. Offer, agreement and inspection

We negotiate the offer and purchase agreement, set up escrow, agree the inspection scope and facility, and follow any discrepancy work to sign-off.

  6. Closing and delivery

Funds, bill of sale, registration and the delivery flight, including deliveries outside the United States.
